I don't deal with it. I know everything change and improve. So let's relearn. Embrace advance instead of your comfort zone!

I'm always open to new perspectives and ready to let go of things that do not serve me anymore, then I use affirmation, meditation and journaling to put what I learn together.

I like reading a lot, so I always come across new stuff. And VIOLA! I learn something new and better! 😇😅 About the " I know" mindset I think talking to people who have more experience and knowledge always helps. 😊

Not actually "unlearn" but more like "change the view and perspective" on certain things.

You can't unlearn -- it's not humanly possible. You can, however, change your perspective and modernise your way of thinking -- you should look into CBT for some great worksheets!
