How do you say "Enough for Today"

Have you determined what “enough for today” looks like? I work on building apps and most of the time, I work around the clock and don't realize when to stop.
How do you determine the stopping point as you are working on the most important features (all the features..lol) of your app?

Don't forget about your life. We don't live for work.
Spend maximum of 4-6h in a working day and stop.

@mark_prutskiy We're working on a Startup, it's impossible! )))
@igor_lushkin thinking about your startup while you do sport it's also a type of work but more fun than sitting with a laptop :)

I guess decomposition could help here. Set a (realistic) deadline of creating a feature. Then decompose it. And apply it to the amount of working days you have till the deadline. You will have a clear amount of tasks that you will need to accomplish every day. As long you are doing all of them everyday - you are good
I have two ways. First I always map the most important tasks for the day and decide on a goal (where to stop), than I work on those itens until finished or my journal time for the day (7pm ish).

I have my computer kick me off (via my app focusbear.io) at a set time (currently 4.20pm). Without that constraint, I'm likely to work until late in the evening and neglect my relationship with my wife and my health. If I finish early, it means I can sleep early and start the day early the following day. I'm generally more productive in the mornings.
Just set yourself goals for the day and accomplish them if possible!
