@blake_whittington not a secret but I write what went wrong in a paper, helps in cleansing my mind. Apart from that Walking helps a lot

Exercise releases endorphins and helps relieve stress. Go for a walk, do some yoga, or engage in any form of exercise that you enjoy.

I'll make sure to get everything necessary done and then rest. While resting I'll avoid media as much as I can. Taking a walk in the woods is my go-to method! The next day I try to evaluate what went wrong and will do my best to improve on it! How about you?
