How do you prioritize your tasks for the day/week/month?

Curious to see everybody's framework. This is a version I am currently trying and could definitely use some help optimizing: 1. Top Priority - needs to be done today no matter what because of a deadline or urgency 2. Delegating - attack the tasks that I am a bottle neck for or tasks that I need to prep someone for before they can run with it, so I can unleash someone else's time to work on these 3. Things that will directly help the bottom line 4. Things that will help save time in the long run (ex. automation) 5. Things that I've been putting off all week and need to get done now. which feeds into the Top Priority one😅

@qudsia_ali I mainly complete the do and delegate and perhaps overuse the delay one, but I can definitely do more of the Delete. Thank you!
