Curious to see everybody's framework. This is a version I am currently trying and could definitely use some help optimizing: 1. Top Priority - needs to be done today no matter what because of a deadline or urgency 2. Delegating - attack the tasks that I am a bottle neck for or tasks that I need to prep someone for before they can run with it, so I can unleash someone else's time to work on these 3. Things that will directly help the bottom line 4. Things that will help save time in the long run (ex. automation) 5. Things that I've been putting off all week and need to get done now. which feeds into the Top Priority one๐Ÿ˜…

Task management becomes a smooth process if use a robust management tool such as GanttPRO https://ganttpro.com/. With the help of its appealing Gantt charts, you can visualize all your tasks on an online timeline. The tools allows for setting due dates, deadlines, as well as priorities for every single task. The Gantt chart-based approach, combined with the clean and attractive interface, makes task management here highly intuitive.
I use the 4 D's strategy. Do, Delay, Delegate, and Delete (Drop). Placing a task or project into one of these categories helps me manage my limited time more effectively and focus on what matters the most.

@qudsia_ali I mainly complete the do and delegate and perhaps overuse the delay one, but I can definitely do more of the Delete. Thank you!
