    Do you have any frameworks, suggestions or best practices to position your project against competition?

    Don't try to do everything that your competition does. Try to pick a niche audience and market your product around that. For example: Build an invoicing software for remote companies instead of building a generic invoicing product. You can always pivot towards other niches later but starting with a single niche allows you to be laser focused and stand out among competition.

    Maybe by targeting a specific niche? Otherwise I think amazing actionable contents (and not the product itself) is the best way to differentiate yourself with your competitors
