Confirmation Bias is something we all come with, and it's deeply tied to our biology. To preserve energy, through process of myelination neurons that often light together get more optimized connection. That's how we tend to have similar believes, how our intuition works and how we develop certain biases. So when you understand that that is predefined and it had its merit in our (pra)history, you need to develop ways to fight it. Changing perspective as often as possible, really helps with fighting against "our own" predefined believes that are often totally unproductive 😄👌
