I'd love to share what we've implemented over the past year and what's worked best for us: 1) Video based onboarding is a definite win in most cases - Start with a welcome email, share set up instructions, address FAQs, share resources (tutorials, demos, etc.) 2) Follow it up with actionable use cases based on each user's persona (E.g., a ecommerce marketer who signs up for Show will receive an email with insights on how to set up an abandoned cart sequence and alert using Show) 3) A live webinar or demo session to address new users 4) Updated Developer docs, FAQs, Resources, and User guides We use Show to onboard both employees as well as product users. Check us out, we're launching this Sunday! ✊

Thank you @lavanya_snigdha for your valuable input! We have already implemented some of these strategies, but I recognize the importance of tailoring actionable use cases based on each user persona. It's an area we're excited to focus on and improve. Best of luck with your upcoming launch this Sunday! 🙌

Intercom's been my go-to for user onboarding - easy to set up, smooth UX. Userpilot also has some smart features.

I appreciate your input @jeanstewie! I'm also a user of Intercom for user onboarding. It's been my go-to tool due to its easy setup. I agree, Userpilot also stands out with its smart features. It's great to hear that we share the same interest in these tools. If you have any further insights or recommendations, I would like to hear it! 😁
