How do you overcome writer's block or creative slumps?

I always agreed with the idea of "sleeping on it". Personally, I am a morning person; I like to get up before everyone when the house is quiet when the sun is just coming up, and I'll generally find that most of my issues and blocks from the other day have melted away.

Oh I have been also thinking about this topic - https://www.producthunt.com/disc... I am personally on the side of two things 1-checking other creative sources 2- forcing my productivity via some specific apps like Endel for ex
