If we let things sit in our subconscious, our subconscious untangles most of that for us. In my experiences, magic does not come from strain.

@nic_ramirez21 Totally agree with you, giving our minds time to process things without actively thinking about them can be really helpful.

Firstly, I browse the internet to find inspiration or ask ChatGPT and THE MOST CRUCIAL PART: I am gonna do anything else (walking, running, meeting with friends)... so I have more ideas to think about and time to reconsider what I have seen and have read about. 🙂

@busmark_w_nika Taking breaks and engaging in other activities can give mind a chance to rest and process information. It's a valuable approach to let ideas simmer and reconsider them later with a fresh perspective. How do you find this method working for you?

@busmark_w_nika Same, if I'm staring at a blank page I'm definitely browsing online for inspiration, but if I've already written a lot then just doing anything else helps me focus 😄

Read something someone else has written, then try to rephrase that, works every time!
Absolutely take breaks and recharge. That's what I find so valuable about meditation!
I always agreed with the idea of "sleeping on it". Personally, I am a morning person; I like to get up before everyone when the house is quiet when the sun is just coming up, and I'll generally find that most of my issues and blocks from the other day have melted away.
