@austinarmstrong I watched this video from Reforge founder explaining his growth machine and measuring experiments - Super useful especially the setting hypothesis part. Check it out here -> https://brianbalfour.com/growth-...

I generally avoid relying on analytics dashboards only. When I start receiving queries and phone calls from my leads, I figure our what worked where!
I usually start by setting a clear hypothesis for what success looks like - e.g. X% increase in time on page, Y% boost in shares/comments, etc. Then I'll A/B test the new format against the old one and measure those key metrics to see if it performed better. The Reforge video you shared has great tips on this, especially around setting good hypotheses upfront. Super important for running effective experiments and drawing clear insights!
Depends where do you place the content. But in most cases I focus on Google Analytics and the organic visitors, that come through that content. i do not focus on views or likes so much.
Success in experimenting with new content formats can be measured by tracking engagement (likes, shares, comments), reach (how many people saw it), feedback (how people respond), and whether it meets your goals (e.g., brand awareness, conversions).
