Honestly, it’s hard to fully leave work at work as a founder. But I try to set non-negotiable downtime like a walk, cooking, or reading, and I remind myself that rest is part of being productive. It’s a work in progress :)

I just keep reminding myself: work can wait.

As a a founder, I dont. Rather, I cant. It's more about find work - life continum rather than seggregation.

@tushj yeah totally right, it's like a continuous process of balancing, one day more work, another day more family, thank you for sharing your experience

I disconnect from work by establishing boundaries and focusing on personal time after hours.

There’s no clear On & Off button, and when I try to switch off, the guilt of not working sometimes becomes so overwhelming that it affects my productivity the next day. It’s a tough cycle, but I’m learning to manage it by recognizing the need for rest and balance, even though it doesn’t always feel easy.

@sonu_goswami2 I feel you, at some point, I thought I am the only one who feels this guilt, but it was such a relief to see that others have the same challenge. I felt that I am not alone. thank you for sharing 🤗

@viorica_vanica And let me tell you, today is my guilt day...I've cried more times today than I’d like to admit! 😅 Sometimes it all just hits.

I leave work at work by setting clear boundaries and sticking to a firm end-of-day routine.
