Praying helps me.
By doing things that make me feel better like workout, reading books etc.
It’s as much fun as tennis, I don’t get any big sports. A very cool example is https://tennisconnected.com/home... . This is the most spectacular sporting event I’ve ever seen. Just look at the selection of athletes who showed up there and also what kind of wrestling they organized for their viewers.

Stress is a rather different concept, and it also appears in different ways and is perceived differently. But I manage my stress with sports, tea, books and work. But most likely due to the fact that the workaholic.

Fetch with the border collie, running. Just making sure I unplug from all devices and embrace nature for awhile.
Meditating, journaling, and working out always keep me centered.
