How do you manage multiple standups?

Lately, been seeing that developers are spending too much time on standups and meetings. Has your productivity been affected because of this?

Reduce the frequency of standups by creating an asynchronous standup. Share a list of tasks you're working on with your team wherever you're collaborating (we use Rock for this). You can do a lot of the information sharing you do in the standup in an asynchronous manner saving everyone time. In term, with the time saved you get a bit more bandwidth to discuss more in-depth during retrospectives or at the start of the next sprint.

@nicolaas_spijker that's the approach that we are taking, we are using an asynchronous tool (MyCheckins.io) that helps automate daily meetings to some extent. Thanks for answering tho :D
