For me, my passion is the driving force that supports my progress. When I truly want to do something, all external difficulties can be overcome. This includes various emotional impacts, which I approach in a more rational way because I want to do things well. This is the meaning I give to my own life. I realize life is short, and I hope to give value to my life through my actions.
Exercise, rest and embrace the ideea that you can’t control everything every time :)
Take time out and breaks whenever you can! Rest is the best remedy
@firevvork_2003 Yes I love what you just emphasize. The "important investment". It doesn't matter how good you are at what you are doing may you be an employee or a founder, if you don't take time out, you will eventually bag down
Mix of socializing, meditation, good food, sleep, sport
