How do you keep your presentations consistent and on brand when working in bigger teams?

We use a tool that we developed specifically to manage creatives and projects between teams. Like this all team members are aligned and follow the brand guidelines. What about you?

@filippo_pietrantonio do you mean some sort of brand book with guidelines?
And everyone just follows them and also knows how to?
I'm building a presentation tool that solves just that.

That's a great question! When working in larger teams, how do you ensure that all presentations maintain a consistent and on-brand appearance? Are there specific tools or processes you recommend for achieving this, especially when multiple people are contributing content?
@caohongyuan I figured that it’s a common problem.
Organizations spend a lot of money on branding but to maintain consistency in customer-facing presentations remains difficult. Existing presentation tools don’t offer solutions for that. That’s why I’m building a tool to fix that.
Genuinely interested though if there are ways brands manage that well already.

I used to work at a company where we had a few shared Figma files :
- The complete design system
- Multiple presentation templates
- Illustrations, shapes, drawing ... aligned with the brand that we could use
Those documents where maintained by a design team, they evolved over time with the product, the value proposition, the branding ... and everyone could use them to build their presentation
I think that was working quite well (except for the figma format I'm not a fan of 😅)
@melmouk very insightful! Thanks for sharing. Yeah exactly, Figma is perfect except the presentation experience. Also now with Figma slides, maintaining consistency is a pain.
We built a presentation tool that works with Figma. The presentation process would be almost exactly as you described, however avoiding the “Figma format”. This way it’s easier for less Figma-savvy or design-savvy people to create presentations without messing up the branding/design.
