@busmark_w_nika Haha, I totally get that! So for you, there's no weekends. Itā€™s like our brains turn into idea factories once the weekend hits! Just remember to leave some time for snacks and relaxation too! šŸ˜„šŸ•

I try to prioritize and finish the most important tasks first, then tie up any loose ends

What I feel is if you have Friday workload, there is inefficiency in either of the following: - Task management: I decide on Monday, what to achieve this week. Unless something urgent and unplanned comes up (which I already account for, but if it takes more time) then it's okay to push some work to next week. - Task allocation: Yes, I want to do and achieve everything, but I have to remember that I'm a mere mortal and that I have a life too. So, pick what can be achieved by staying right on the edge of comfort and burnout. It helps me go crazy on the weekend as well! And if the workload decides to show up on Friday, I make sure to complete as much as I can if not do it. Let me know your thoughts!

I usually keep the workload minimum for myself and my team, as we only try to complete the deadlines and projects we started on Monday and we do not work on new projects or tasks on Friday.
