Just laze around and procrastinate to pass the day.

I try not to start new projects on Friday. Instead, I finish up what I’ve been working on and leave any new stuff for next week.

I think the workload on Fridays is lighter compared to other days, so I can handle it more easily.

What I feel is if you have Friday workload, there is inefficiency in either of the following: - Task management: I decide on Monday, what to achieve this week. Unless something urgent and unplanned comes up (which I already account for, but if it takes more time) then it's okay to push some work to next week. - Task allocation: Yes, I want to do and achieve everything, but I have to remember that I'm a mere mortal and that I have a life too. So, pick what can be achieved by staying right on the edge of comfort and burnout. It helps me go crazy on the weekend as well! And if the workload decides to show up on Friday, I make sure to complete as much as I can if not do it. Let me know your thoughts!

I usually keep the workload minimum for myself and my team, as we only try to complete the deadlines and projects we started on Monday and we do not work on new projects or tasks on Friday.

I'm the kind of person who'd work with new stuff over the weekend, but yeah you could plan the entire week ahead and make sure you get that weekend for yourself by setting strong deadlines!

To handle my Friday workload, I use time-blocking. I dedicate specific hours to focused work and then take short breaks to stay fresh.

I find that Fridays are often chaotic, no matter how organized I try to be. I think I need to work on better planning throughout the week to avoid that last-minute rush. Anyone else struggle with this too?
