Sometimes at work I feel so tired that I lose my focus. If that's the case, I usually watch some fun videos or just go for a walk to get some fresh air. What about you guys?

Take breaks and prioritize self-care. Prioritize Self-Care: I incorporate activities like exercise, hobbies, and relaxation into my routine to balance work and personal life.

Exercise definitely helps - going for a run or doing some yoga to clear my head when I'm feeling burnt out. Also make sure to take regular breaks during the workday, even if it's just 5 mins to stretch or grab a snack. Setting boundaries is key too, like not checking work emails after hours. Hang in there!

I've been through burnout before - what helped me was taking regular breaks during the day to do something physical (even just a quick walk around the block), setting better boundaries on my work hours, and making sure to use my PTO. Oh and therapy πŸ˜… It's a process but you'll get through it! Hang in there πŸ’ͺ

Aww man, been there before! I usually try to mix things up and get my mind off work for a bit - go for a walk, call a friend to vent, binge a show, whatever helps shake that feeling. And of course, making sure to take my vacay days. Gotta recharge those batteries! πŸ”‹πŸ’ͺ Hang in there!

I also get burnt out sometimes. Taking regular short breaks to do something enjoyable or relaxing really helps me - like reading, going for a walk outside, or chatting with coworkers. It's important to have some balance. Hang in there!

I take a break and read a book or surf Quora/LinkedIn.
