    Sometimes at work I feel so tired that I lose my focus. If that's the case, I usually watch some fun videos or just go for a walk to get some fresh air. What about you guys?

    I find that taking regular breaks throughout the day to step away from work helps a lot with burnout. Even just 10-15 minutes to go for a walk, chat with a coworker, or read something non-work related can help reset the mind. Making time for hobbies and relaxation outside of work is key too. Hang in there!

    I've been through burnout before - what helped me was taking regular breaks during the day to do something physical (even just a quick walk around the block), setting better boundaries on my work hours, and making sure to use my PTO.     Exercise definitely helps - going for a run or doing some yoga to clear my head when I'm feeling burnt out.
