Which type of music do you listen to?
Do you use a Pomodoro timer?
Do you need a tidy study room? Second monitor? Or any tips/advice?

I just set timer and make conscious effort to not focus on anything else but the task I have in mind during time.

I take short tea breaks where I sit in my thoughts.

I listen to synthwave instrumental music, with The Midnight being my go-to for the past couple of years.

I've always had trouble focusing for a long time, I get easily distracted lol. So music or anything else usually distracts me instead of helping me to focus for a long time. So, total silence helps me a lot in this case. I never have too many tabs opened.
It's all about Flow. Read a book Atomic Habits, it's really helpful.

I use Pomodoro timer
I need silence, then I concentrate much better and complete the tasks faster :)
Our team built shadow (an ai assistant) so that we can always stay one step ahead! It helps to have administrative tasks and repetitive tasks out of the way
When I need to focus, I play some lo-fi beats - it's like a productivity potion! No Pomodoro for me, just the good ol' flow state. And hey, a tidy workspace? Let's just say my desk may or may not have its own gravitational pull!
Hi!! I use ARTU to capture information and then our "weekly goals" method so I have one task at the time. Great to manage multiple project, clients, ideas.

- Task list of must do items, I usually put an estimated Time on them too to help me be less overwhelmed if I have a lot to do. At a glance some small tasks seem equal to large tasks since they both get their own bullet, but reminding myself this might just take 15 minutes helps me focus better. For example, Fix X Bug (~15 mins)
- Clean Desk/ Office. Without this my brain just feels cluttered.
- some lofi tracks
To minimize distractions, I always listen to ambient music. Also pomodoro technique helps me maintain concentration by working in 25 minute
intervals with short breaks in between. A tidy workspace is necessary to
reduce visual clutter, and using my iPad as a second monitor greatly
enhances my productivity by allowing me to multitask more efficiently. ☺️

Listening to Lo-Fi radio has been the thing for me since college times. It really helps me focus on what I'm doing and keeps me calm.
Music really helps me a lot. Different people react differently to the same kind of music. For me, any soft instrumental music works. I also listen to alpha-brainwaves for extra focus!
