Envision AI seamlessly integrating with your SaaS tools, making all your data queryable and actionable for smarter software management. This is waht we're building at Admina: https://admina.moneyforward.com/...

I await the day when our AI overlords take us over and manage us leaving us free to do whatever. I guess a step in that direction is something like a web crawler but an org wide SaaS crawler? You let it loose in your network and it devours all your data and comes up with insights and actions.

@arivanandan_u That's an interesting vision! While we may not be quite at the stage of AI overlords just yet, there are definitely exciting opportunities for AI to transform the SaaS management landscape. A web crawler for SaaS applications sounds like a great idea! It could certainly help automate the process of gathering data and generating insights. AI can also play a role in automating routine tasks such as user access provisioning, license management, and monitoring for compliance and security issues.

It’s about time we got smarter with our software spending. Automated license optimization sounds like a dream come true for budget-conscious teams. No more wasted resources on unused licenses – that’s a win-win!

Not as of yet we don't - we will likely integrate it when we find the best software / use case. Likely CSR and Code help which we already implement to some degree.

@gagandt we will need a CSR Bot that can review and answer questions about our builder and support docs and within the platform that can help building product and creating copy with a GPT comparable. Cost is a weird thing to forecast and most companies are billing based on usage but its a weird one for sure. So the market will need to be a bit more mature before we know what makes sense for us.
