I am sorry to say that – but I do not :D But of course, I have a real-life – sport, hanging out with friends, photo workshops :)

For me! Delete everything for a while or going out for a long period without my phone!

Unless your work doesn't not involve the net, that seems quite impossible, but you can do it to take time out at least over the weekend or a few hours during the day. Just avoid using your phone or computer on specific time blocks

I pop books around my home in all the places where I usually sit and scroll. The couch, next to my bed (although I also have a strict no phones in the bedroom rule!), the kitchen, on my desk. Keeping books in these places helps me to remember to read not scroll!
