Surprise and delight on a regular basis. It doesn't hurt to not treat them like walking ATM machines either.
Actively communicate and try not to over promise and under deliver too often.
Remember, building relationships takes time and effort. Be patient and persistent, and focus on providing value to your potential customers.
Provide value to potential customers by offering resources, information, or services that meet their needs. This will help you build trust and establish credibility.
