How can I market my new course effectively on LinkedIn?

I created a course on carousel creation one week ago, I promoted it through organic content marketing but I only got one client. 
Any suggestion on what I didn't do well?

Do you have video content? Videos have quite a good organic reach on LinkedIn, you can include 2 to 3 hashtags in your post to outreach people outside of your network. I would also advise you to set up some outreach campaigns with a tool like Phantombuster and use content for nurturing leads: https://medium.com/@fabian-maume...

You can try creating text ads it won’t much it will bring a lot of brand awareness but it will not good for sales and conversions
