Holiday parties can be very fun in person. What are some things that hybrid teams can do to have a fun remote holiday party? Would love any ideas.

I agree with Sarah. You may also include a short program and raffle with prizes that most employees will like.
A watch party where people can chat about the movie could be fun depending on the size of the company. There are a lot of online games now that can be played. You could also send an activity kit to everyone that they all do on a zoom call which can feel very in person.
