Acquisition - Create a viral campaign using influencers, users & promote it. ( Example: Liquid death murder your thirst campaign ) - Leverage Tiktok, Fb & google display ads to showcase your products to interested users. - Use an attribution system to understand overlap of traffic X revenue across multiple channels ( Eg, GetModa ) - Start a referral program for your existing users & incentivize accordingly. Retention - Build your Email & SMS subscriber list using website forms. Activate them with a welcome sequence keeping in focus first time purchases. - Setup automations to Increase Customer Engagement, Reduce customer churn, Increase Repeat purchases. - Move your frequent buyers to a VIP program & provide exclusive benefits _ Keep your brand messaging & story in mind of customers always through your social media & community. - Use Whatsapp for conversational messaging use cases & support for users. - Send your most converting customer data back to your acquisition channels & increase ROAS. - Leverage AI to analyze your customer data, emails, ads & provide you tips to grow your e-commerce business. What's your one tip for a e-commerce brand to grow in 2023? PS: Launching https://www.producthunt.com/products/moda on 11th May. get ready

Acquisition Retention Customer Support Repeat... This seems to be the winning combination for sure!

This is a good framework Aashish! I would also add talking to customers as a necessary step in growing your ecommerce. Understand what they need, how they feel, what can help you build a relationship with them. Involve them in building your business.

@amgxvalue Yeah bringing CX to personal level is necessary. While you can start off this manually, as you scale you need to set in systems connecting your CX with customers. A CDP could help in it.

That's a wonderful blueprint Aashish, thanks for sharing this with us. Indeed Liquid death murder your thirst campaign was super awesome, but their branding is super cool
