Has anyone's chrome extension required to go through casa tier 2 verification?

My extension (https://byeextension.com/) is required to go through a further casa tier 2 verification after passing an initial screening, I am confused as to what triggered this requirement and how to best proceed, does any have experience and can provide some insight? Thanks
