  • Good Folks of PH, have you ever used an interactive demo platform?

So I have been an SDR for the last 3 years and gave some demos too. Usually in the initial sales cycle, ( especially for MQLs ) in discovery, a lot of time prospect realizes that this is not what they wanted. And this wastes the time of both parties. What if we could have given the prospect an option to explore product on their own? A demo before the demo leads to Warmer Leads! Thoughts?

Hey Harshvardhan. 100% agree on this and my background is B2B SaaS at two large firms. However, depends on how much interaction you need. For our startup, we found an easy solution which we are going to be putting up on our own website so that users can get a feel for the product. We investigated storylane, walnut and navattic as an fyi.

@rex_kumaran Thanks Rex for evaluating us. We have been constantly innovating and bringing new functionalities. And coming to the point of "amount of interactions needed" - I am sure that interactive demos are not for every product and are to be used with a clear objective in mind, whether it is: - Filtering out cold leads or - Customer Training and Onboarding - Providing a sandbox environment to play around
