SaaS companies have started exploring PLG, which requires giving prospect the upper hand on exploring your product and getting converted to paid user without (much) sales effort. In light of that, how important do you think interactive demos are? I work in a startup called Storylane and one of our early users told us this: "It enables us to make our product tangible for our customers without great effort" and that made me think, what if a lot of other companies are also struggling with the same? Happy to hear your thoughts.
