I don't like the content that GPT or other similar tools generate for blogs, and I do think they may be generating similar content for anyone searching for similar queries.
Are you using any tools that are working well for generating blog content? Also, I would love to know your process.

@rupal_saini Yes it is. I use it mostly for brief-writing. I prefer Claude ai for optimising/refining copy & idea generation etc.

But isn't that kind of activity penalized by Google in terms of SEO ranking? How to bypass their algorithms?

I totally agree about the generic feel of AI-generated content. I use AI for initial drafts and structure but our team always refines and adds the final touches to maintain quality and uniqueness.
@andreas_sohns Yes, that's exactly how I use it. I've created a GPT and fed it with some articles to provide unique information. Then, I ask it to draft outlines.

I don't! I like to write everything myself.
Not sure if it is just me but the earlier version of ChatGPT was still good. The new update kinda generates meh content.

I will. I also don't like the content generated by GPT. However, when I find that my writing style is not suitable for marketing content, I try to create GPTs with certain styles and tones to generate versions in other styles for my reference. After all, marketing content is meant to serve the audience, not myself.

Yea. we use Chat GPT for ideation. It's helpful, but I never allow AI-generated blogs to go on my website.
@salar__davari Yes, AI writing space still needs more improvement to generate enough quality articles that can be directly published on websites :)
Claude is much better in terms of creative writing and for ChatGPT as well there is a particular prompting method using TOT which gives decent output for creative writing. But all said and done they will only be able to generate ideas or give access to various kinds of information, using them as-is might not help with SEO. Time and again Google has signified the importance of adding something new, a new perspective or a new value with the content in order for it to perform well.
@swayamsiddha_ I need to explore Claude, I've never used it before. Have you also tried out perplexity for blogs?
@rupal_saini I have tried out perplexity but I still prefer getting keywords from Google Keyword planner and Trends and analyzing the ones with large search volumes low competition to focus on those for dedicated blogs while catering to high competition ones as well on others. I tried doing it with perplexity but it wasn't as accurate as I'd liked

Definitely not on my end. My team and I are 100% the author of our content.
AI has some big limits that many are overlooking (don't ask, as these are opportunities). If you rely on it for content, that may work for a season, but be careful if that season changes ;).
@executivedecisions You bring up a valid point! How many blogs are you publishing monthly, and what results are you getting?
I love using a combination of LEX and HemingwayApp for writing long reads, and Typefully for small content pieces like tweets or LinkedIn posts.
@mordehaus Are they generating the content that you want? I mean, do you need to edit the content generated by these tools?
I use Jasper or gpt. Jasper is great and there is no alternative to gpt.
First of fall you need to develop your process according to your needs. Just a prompt related to your need and start using it :) In terms of best I think ChatGPT is the best

I created a specific GPT for this blog writing purpose and guided it by uploading many similar articles for information and the type of content I want GPT to generate. The result was okayish, but I think it can become better. Do you have any tips or resources for prompt writing for blogs?

@diannewalkerr Yes, AI tools are not yet advanced enough for us to publish generated content without making any edits.
I use Saner.ai to curate content for my writing :) helpful so far with multiple AI in the chat and being able to see relevant notes to what I'm writing
