I recently came across this platform called Rizzle AI. It is a platform for YouTubers and video creators which helps us to create teasers, highlights, clips, shorts, and custom thumbnails from the podcasts or videos. Or, create a faceless video from text inputs using AI voiceovers. For video editing purposes, I use Kapwing. It does have a lot of AI features, but I think this tool is still in the process of being developed. Sometimes, I encounter issues with these features, but overall, it's a nice tool.

I've tried a few but I don't ever find the quality to be up to a standard that I've gotten from agency (if I need solid video content)
