Do you prefer the flexibility of working remotely or working in an office?

Hybrid -- the best of both worlds! Love the flexibility of remote but some of my best discussions happen in-person in the office.

Definitely remotely. The only one minus of remote work is that you have different distractions here and there, especially if the kids are at home. Other than that i can manage all my tasks with the microsoft teams sms and there is no difference from what part of the city, country or even world i do it from.
