If possible, joining a gym and becoming active at doing workout.
Hubby and I have ditched all sugar and any toods that have any type of sugars, we eat low carb, moderate protein healthy fats and oils and we take a lot of vitamin D, and a couple other things like zinc. We also fast through breakfast, our first meal is 1pm lunch.
We are super active, in our late 50s early 60s and we've seen 6 yrs of super beneficial positives from changing how we ate, weight maintenance being one but certainly not the only benefit! We sleep awesome and have great stamina for laborious home projects and we hike tor hours with no pain afterwards. We are so thrilled with our later years health!
