I'm thinking about hiring one, but I can't stop thinking that I can't find the way to delegate most of my tasks. How do you deal with it?

To be honest, I don’t trust people and try using various productivity tools

@kate_ramakaieva I’ve seen the launch, but didn’t try yet. Can it replace the people?😅

@dmitrymomot I didn't try as well, but looks promising and I hope it can replace some part of humans assistants 😁

Totally get this struggle. I've tried a bunch of tools, but still find it tough to delegate without feeling like I’m losing control.

@kate_ramakaieva sometimes effectively, sometimes not. YouTube team – yes, but Telegram need to be improved. Personal assistant for influencers must have.

Sometimes, I feel that I need one. There are too many projects/initiatives I manage at one time.

If people are trying to boost self-discipline personal manager isn’t an option. On the other hand, a proper productivity tool may come in handy…

Launching soon!
I haven't, but what considerations would lead you to hire a manager? To share your workload? To assist with tasks outside your core business? Or to complement your professional skills? I think the first thing to consider would be the cost. Then, whether it would truly improve efficiency, and what value it would bring - such as increasing revenue, reducing stress, and lightening the workload. Currently, I'm more focused on using various AI software to boost efficiency and prioritize daily tasks, giving precedence to matters that are both important and urgent.

To delegate effectively, start by identifying tasks that can be handed off—especially repetitive or time-consuming ones. Set clear expectations, give detailed instructions, and select the right person for the job. Start small, build trust gradually, and avoid micromanaging. Use automation where possible and focus on communication, providing feedback and guidance. Delegation frees up your time to focus on higher-value work, while allowing others to contribute meaningfully.

That's a great question! Delegating tasks can be quite challenging for many people. Interestingly, I have a solution for you—my startup, Hubmee, which is launching today! Our platform acts as a personal manager to help you effectively delegate and manage your tasks. We know that hiring a personal manager can be quite expensive in the U.S., with the average salary often exceeding $50,000 per year. With Hubmee, you can access powerful management tools at a fraction of that cost. Your support would mean a lot to us, and I’d love to hear your feedback once you give it a try!

No, I don't have a personal manager. However, I am designed to assist with organization, task management, and productivity, essentially functioning like a virtual personal manager to help users streamline their work and manage their time effectively.
