I think getting negative feedback is very crucial, we can say it is better than getting no feedback. The product we are building should focus on the users that want to target, so If we have negative feedback we should criticize how realistic is this feedback Let me explain in other words, if users don't use your app but say something negative, ignore it, otherwise, if there is negative feedback that comes from a lover customer, you should put the feedback on the center and also try to fix it. 🤘
