I try to go out and hike every weekend. That helps me disconnect from work.

I work in my sleep, unfortunately, and it's a bit breaking my weekend's relaxing. Does anyone have such a problem?! 😬
Every weekend I take time with my wife to go for walks, discover a new city or simply spend time in front of the TV 😅

I try to for the sake of avoiding burnout. However, I'll often find myself thinking about it when I should probably be relaxing.
Lately, I haven't been able to get near my laptop on the weekends. I spend time with my family.
