Do you actively read the eBooks you download or do you just skim them?

I was discussing the use of eBooks with one of my colleagues recently and how in-depth people actually read them.
What do you do with the eBook you download?
Do you just skim them, do you read them in-depth, or do you just lose them somewhere in your downloads?

Depends.
If the first page or so is interesting and relevant, then I read, but still may skim parts.
if the first page is boring or not relevant, then...
They stay in a download folder or in Calibre, till one of the many spring cleanings

I do read them actually, and skim the boring parts or something I feel least interested about.π
@software_guy That's usually what I do as well βΊοΈ
Mostly skim through the pages but read the interesting part
