    It sounds counterintuitive that expending energy leads to you being more productive! Here’s an interesting story: In Napervillle high school, they found out that- Students that did exercise right before Literacy class did noticeable better than those who had 6 hours of gap after exercise. Their test scores were even 20% better! After this finding, Naperville councillors decided that all students should schedule their hardest subjects immediately after gym class.     You are better right after a workout because of you increase blood flow to the brain. But you're even more sharp right after a killer sleep. If you have the best sleep of your life. You can be 100% better than in the middle of the day.

    @sentry_co Yes!! Oxygen and blood flows into the brain. this was well documented in Spark By John Ratel. Indeed, having a good quality sleep would give a huge boost on the next day.
