Delaying launch due to some technical issues 💢 , ever happened to you?

Yes!!! Seems to be the story of our lives at the minute. It's the nature of doing something new and not scoping it properly. We are probably on schedule for the complexity and our capabilities, but our ambition had us thinking we could do it a lot quicker.

I didn’t have any problems with the launch, but maybe, I plan everything in advance and prepare the launch in advance too.

It's quite common. I load-tested my product early so that I could sleep peacefully the night before the launch.
