The quiet place without other people is enough for me .. i mean solo coding or designing ;)

Sound environment: no noises, switching to music,... Clean office: accesible ways to clean it by yourself, insecticides, no virus... Functional editor: the table must get ordered, tools accesibles, managed by the owner... Customer contact: A way to get direct contact with customers or boss, a rigorous context, technical communication,... Diary of providers: Collection of works by providers o servers, quality of ended tasks, auditories,... Agenda: Desisions day by day about projects, task assignments, master program,... The Way: No obstacles in movement, closed toilets, acceptable time of work, relationship between partners, feedbacks...
