So my team and I are almost ready to launch officially our service on the market.
We have about 600+ signups who are subscribed to an email newsletter that hasn't been very active. We arrived a bit late with the email marketing setup and we are working on changing that.
The PROBLEM to solve:
Before going live I want to set up a Pre-Launch email campaign to make as much awareness and generate as much engagement as possible.
Any strategies/formulas/tips you can suggest will be awesome!
Thanks<3

@dalla_ Start with product. You can only get marginal returns chasing the crowd with a solution that don't have a problem. Go back to the drawing board. be honest with your self. There is always an adjacent idea near the current idea that become the unicorn. That's my radical honest truth. take it or leave it 🚀

Hey!
I have written pre launch email sequences with success before.
A high level overview is:
Email1 : Create anticipation ( This one is pure story telling, say that something big is coming up and that you are one of the firsts to receive it, game changer product, make them feel important... subject lines like 'you are the first to know' work.
Email2: Think of any actionable tip related to your product, finish the email saying that the product is almost ready and you will soon hear about it.
Email3: Tell them about the product and give all the details, it could be a mini landing page
Email4: Share testimonials and case studies of people using your product
Email 5: Go deep with why you built it, be super vulnerable share dowm and dirty details about your life and why you built it
Email6: Warn the early bird prices will close after a limited time
Email7, 8, 9 : Follow up
I do this as a job. If you would like to learn further or need some assistance you can mail me at tejgarikapati@gmail.com
All the best👍
Cheers!!
