-Make sure you're getting some sunlight and water. -Have a clear gameplan for the day. I prefer to use timeboxing. -Put your phone on silent & download the cold turkey extension on chrome. Above works for me 90% of the time. When it doesn't work it means I need to really rest and recharge

I'd say that my fav way to be focused is by using the Pomodoro timer (https://productive.fish/pomodoro...). Just follow a few steps of planning our tasks, and you will work and have the time to rest.

I'd say that more important than defining what you will focus on, is to REMOVE everything else that may distract you. You can prioritize all you want, but it won't help too much with every notification beeping around you all the time :D

Lists! I know it sounds cliche but I just love making lists. Writing them by hand helps focus me. Also if you are able to stand or walk around for work that helps too.

I've found that the best advice is to break down your goals into smaller, actionable tasks and prioritize them daily. Think of it as launching a product on Product Hunt: start with a clear vision and take small, deliberate steps towards your goal each day, staying optimistic and focused on the end result.
