-Make sure you're getting some sunlight and water.
-Have a clear gameplan for the day. I prefer to use timeboxing.
-Put your phone on silent & download the cold turkey extension on chrome.
Above works for me 90% of the time. When it doesn't work it means I need to really rest and recharge

Get an accountability buddy.
I establish priorities and focus on one task at a time. I also take regular breaks to keep my mind fresh.

I found my salvation in relaxing lofi videos on youtube, so I can associate the sound with focus and concentrate. Sometimes they are paired with the pomodoro timers, which is also great
Setting reasonable goals for yourself so you can easily be consistent
I'd say that my fav way to be focused is by using the Pomodoro timer (https://productive.fish/pomodoro...). Just follow a few steps of planning our tasks, and you will work and have the time to rest.
I'd say that more important than defining what you will focus on, is to REMOVE everything else that may distract you.
You can prioritize all you want, but it won't help too much with every notification beeping around you all the time :D
Consistently dedicate time to your goal, eliminate distractions, and remember that small progress each day leads to massive success.💪🚀

Lists! I know it sounds cliche but I just love making lists. Writing them by hand helps focus me. Also if you are able to stand or walk around for work that helps too.
I've found that the best advice is to break down your goals into smaller, actionable tasks and prioritize them daily. Think of it as launching a product on Product Hunt: start with a clear vision and take small, deliberate steps towards your goal each day, staying optimistic and focused on the end result.
Shower is the key (at least for me)
