Balancing product and sales

when building a product, I really struggle with balancing the technical side and the sales side. I usually focus a lot on one side and neglect the other. I wonder if you guys had this and how to deal with it.

Same here. This year my intention is to really improve as a marketer and a key part to that plan is to have a list of sales/marketing activities right on my desk and to spend at least half the day working on any of those tasks that pull me in.

I’m the same way. I tend to be very product- (service-) focused and neglect profits / sales.
I’d be very keen to hear solutions to find the balance.
