Do you prefer asynchronous work?

Depends on the project / task. For some tasks, doing it in an async manner can just drag it out too long or add unnecessary complexities which don't exist if everyone is tackling it together at the same time.

Outside if those, async is optimal for all the reasons others have raised.

@chritopher_bond Our team is mainly based in the same city (hybrid model), but we're trying to adopt more asynchronous practices.

I can't wait to put this to the test when we all go home to different parts of the world for the holidays. Do you have any particular practice that you'd recommend for others to try out?
