It’s that time again - roadmapping for Q2 🪴 What are your tips and tricks to determine what's coming down the product pipeline? -------------------- To prioritize our Q2 features at Collato, we experimented with a matrix that considers both user journey stage and severity of blockers. And this exercise went way better than we anticipated 🙌 ✨ Our users remain at the forefront of our discussion. ✨ Problems (not solutions) are in clear view. ✨ We can prioritize earliest blockers first; while knowing when to move on. ✨ It forces us to confront trade-off decisions. ✨ Other team members have an open seat to share their insights. ✨ Risk mitigation tactics can go beyond product features. As a seed-stage startup, our goal is win the hearts of our early adopters, and this thought exercise feels like a huge step in the right direction 🥳
