From the perspective of employees and bosses, how do you view remote work? how do you feel about the efficiency difference between remote work and working in the office?

Both of them have their pros and cons. I feel that efficiency is higher in remote work than work in office.

We connected through channels like slack, WhatsApp etc. We primarily used clickup to stay focused on the tasks. You can check out tools like miro for brainstorming, trello, zoom.

I currently work remotely and while remote work offers flexibility and productivity benefits, it can certainly be isolating at times working alone from home each day. As an employee, I miss some of the spontaneity and casual collaboration that naturally happens when teams are co-located. but, Midstay itself helps remote workers to communicate, collaborate, and feel less lonely at certain times.
