Are you getting better at cutting out features in your product?

I noticed a massive improvement in my ability to cut bloated stuff from my products. My first product had tons of useless things. It took 7 clicks by the user to do the prime objective in the app! Horrendous - Managed to reduce it to 1 click. But, still - there are a lot of barriers in the app that I am trying to undo now. For the second time around, the product is much lightweight and feels like a feather to move through. Development took a much shorter time and I am much happier. What about you? What's your story
