Advice: How to find your audience

Some startups are solutions for a particular problem for a niche audience. But sometimes, you build a startup that could have mass-market appeal, solving a problem for a broad audience.
In the latter, it can be difficult to target your Early Adopters i.e. who exactly feels this pain point, where do they interact, how can you reach them, etc.
That's what I'm struggling with right now with Sleek Pay. We are growing our user base, but I'm not 100% sure who our early adopter is yet.
Any advice on how to find your Early Adopter audience?

Sharing how Sleek Pay can help to get cashback in consumer forums, facebook groups can be a way. Then retarget the target users with paid ads.

Start niche and with 1:1 outreach.
You'll be able to get more insights on why your product does/does not fit a certain niche and dig deeper into the pain different segments are experiencing. + if not a fit, always ask them who they think could be a match for your product. :)
@daniel_baum Yup, I have found that people are often very open to providing a bit of feedback on LinkedIn as well.

@nicolaas_spijker Thanks Nico! So would you suggest going into a forum like Reddit or even PH, and messaging an individual here to chat?

@nicolaas_spijker Thanks! I've found user feedback tough to get, but will try a bit more cold outreach
I think it's the paying customers, who have negative churn, and give you referrals.
I'm sure it'll take time to find these, but it's doable. Long as the offer starts in a way that's universal enough (so problem specific not person specific), it can give you a user-base to start with that will eventually get you where you need to be with finding that core group.
Hope that helps!! good luck!

@darwin_binesh Thanks Darwin! It's tough whether or not to really try to create a niche audience - and I think it's usually best - but our product is more general. So have to think about different approaches
